LowBrow Joints Launch “Pizza It Forward,” a COVID-19 Relief Program for Hospitality Workers, Healthcare and Public Safety Heroes

Naples, Florida, April 1st, 2020-- Popular Naples restaurants, LowBrow Pizza & Beer and Industry Pizza & Slice Shop, announce the launch of their COVID-19 relief program, “Pizza It Forward.” The restaurant group which calls itself “The LowBrow Joints” also own Industry Beer & Barbeque, which recently opened in Bayfront Place in Naples. Pizza It Forward will provide support to our community's healthcare and public safety workers, as well as hospitality workers who have been laid off as a result of COVID-19.

Supporters can call LowBrow Pizza & Beer at (239) 529-6919 (www.lowbrowpizzaandbeer.com) or Industry Pizza & Slice Shop at (239) 431-6881 (www.industrypizza.com) to purchase a voucher for $15 plus tax, which will provide pizza and a salad to hospital workers, police stations, fire houses and other vital heroes in our community. In addition, LowBrow will deliver the meals free of charge.

LowBrow also wants to support those in the hospitality industry who have been laid off from restaurants, bars and hotels. Displaced workers can call either restaurant to claim a voucher for a pizza and a salad, and pick it up via their curbside takeout option. LowBrow Pizza & Beer is located at 3148 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL and Industry Pizza & Slice Shop is located at 2075 Pine Ridge Rd., Naples, FL.

Communities, clubs and other organizations opting to participate in Pizza It Forward can choose who will benefit from vouchers purchased by their members, and are encouraged to spread the word to their residents and members.

LowBrow Pizza & Beer was founded by Chris Jones, Henrik Lagergren and Michael Strickland in 2018. The small pizza joint has quickly climbed the ladder of popularity with locals and visitors alike, earning the title of “Best New Restaurant” in 2019 by Gulfshore Life Magazine. Jones speaks about the relief program and giving back to the community.
