fun fact-- our pizza dough is made from our starter, very good flour and spent grains from our good friends at Naples Beach Brewery.
we bake our pies in a super cool wood burning brick oven from Modena, Italy, aka THE FIERY PIT OF HELL
our pizza pies are all the same charred, crispy and chewy...and every pie is kinda different. but if not, please let us know if you like less wood fired or more.
if you are gluten free we have some best bets for you...just ask.
